In Kanban view, drag & drop the deal to the new stage. In List view, select the deal, click Actions > Update Deal Stage, choose the stage, and Save.

Updating a Deal Stage in Kanban View

  1. Log in to your One Good Card account.
  2. Click on Deals and view your deals in Kanban View.
  3. Scroll to find the deal you’re working on.
  4. Press and hold the deal you want to update.
  5. Drag & drop the deal to the next stage(s) until satisfied.

Updating a Deal Stage in List View

  1. Log in to your One Good Card account.
  2. Click on Deals and view your deals in List View.
  3. Scroll or use the search bar to find the specific deal you’re working on.
  4. Select the deal and click Actions > Update Deal Stage.
  5. Choose the new stage in the prompt that appears.
  6. Click Save to confirm the update.
