Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging. A valid e-receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
Returns due to change of mind after receipt are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are only considered if the item is defective, non-functional upon arrival, and has not been tampered with by the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@onegood.team. If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to return the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund transaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@onegood.team so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Lost or Misplaced Cards
We are not liable for lost or misplaced items due to customer negligence. However, if you need to link your existing One Good Card account to a newly purchased card, please contact us at hello@onegood.team and we will assist you with reactivation.
Warranty Coverage
All One Good Card products, including any bundled items, are covered by a complimentary 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. Customers may also opt for extended coverage of up to 2 years.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, One Good Card will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear, abuse, unauthorised repair, or modification. These conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.
To make a warranty claim, please contact hello@onegood.team within your warranty period. Be sure to include proof of purchase, such as your original receipt or invoice, to support your claim.
