What is One Good Card?
One Good Card is a Digital NFC Name Card, a hybrid solution that comes with a Digital Name Card for virtual sharing and an NFC Business Card for in-person sharing.
It is a multi-purpose networking tool that allows for omni-channel sharing through the use of NFC, Digital QR Code, Physical QR Code and Virtual Link. Unlike sole digital name cards and paper business cards, One Good Card is not restricted to either physical or digital sharing only. The electronic business card supports universal sharing and can be used globally.
What can I display on my digital name card?
Unlike traditional business cards, you are no longer confined to the paper dimensions. A digital name card allows you to showcase more information through various interactive mediums e.g. links, files, images etc. One Good Card comes with an intuitive widget-building system to customise the display fields:

How does One Good Card work?
Each card comes with a physical NFC business card that has a built-in wireless chip that transmits your digital name card to the receiver's devices via Near-Field Communication (NFC). Simply hover or tap the card near the receiver's phone to share your digital name card. Works with both iPhone and Android devices.
Older model phones without NFC can scan the unique QR code on the card to view the digital business card.
You can also share your electronic business card virtually as an URL, digital QR Code, within your email signature or virtual background during virtual meetings on Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.

How secured and safe is my data?
We regard your data security with utmost importance and are certified safe cybersecurity practitioners by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA). Our servers are hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) which maintains a state-of-the-art infrastructure that is encrypted at rest and uses AES-256 encryption algorithm that is virtually impenetrable. We take this up a notch by encrypting all incoming and outgoing traffic for that extra level of security.
We do not ask for your sensitive information on our platform and we do not restrict nor compel you to display any particular information, the displayed information is entirely up to your personal choice. For example, if you do not wish to show your phone number, simply do not input and your phone number will not be displayed. The fields that you choose to display are only modifiable by you.

Simply provide us with your logo or let us know your design preferences and we will propose suitable designs for you.

What is the support level provided for companies?
For companies onboarded with us, a dedicated account manager will be assigned to facilitate your journey through email, phone calls and on-site support.
General support will always be provided for all One Good Card users through our email support channel.
Are there central management options for companies?

Features & Usage
Will One Good Card work on iOS and Android devices?
One Good Card is compatible for use with iOS and Android devices. There are 2 key components, the physical NFC name card and digital name card. You can check the full device compatibility list for details.
The digital name card is supported on all devices and can be shared electronically through the use of the digital QR code and virtual link.
The NFC name card comes with an integrated NFC chip for contactless in-person sharing. This form of sharing works with all NFC-enabled devices. Each NFC name card also comes with a dynamic QR code on the flip side of the card as an alternative to NFC sharing.
How do I setup my One Good Card?
Upon receiving your One Good Card, there will be setup instructions and the unique activation code included within. Select the signup option and there will be a guided onboarding to assist you in the profile-building process.

Can I make changes to my digital name card in the future?
Absolutely! One of the key benefits of having a digital name card is the ability to update information periodically over time. Compared to traditional business cards, you do not have to discard and replace the entire stack of cards when your details change.
Simply login to your profile editor through the web browser and update accordingly. Once updated and saved, the latest details will be reflected instantly on your digital name card.
There is no expiry nor maximum updating tries, it is also lifetime free-of-charge to update your details.
Does this require an app to share?
No, the digital name card is accessible through the device's web browser. This means that you and your recipient do not need to download any app to share or receive.
Can I link multiple hardware products to one account?
Yes! You can link multiple hardware products (One Good Card, One Good Ring, Mini) to one account. This allows you the flexibility to alternate and share your digital name card based on your preferences. Each product comes with an unique serial code that is seamlessly linked via your profile dashboard.
Where does the QR code lead to?
The QR code that comes with every One Good Card opens the same digital name card as when shared via NFC. This QR code is a dynamic QR code that automatically syncs to the latest version of your digital name card in real-time.
Every One Good Card comes with a physical QR code on the flip side of the card and a digital QR code within the dashboard, allowing additional channels to share besides NFC.
What is a Dynamic QR Code?
A dynamic QR code is a type of QR code that can be updated after it has been created. Compared to static QR codes, which contain fixed information, dynamic QR codes can be updated to display the latest information.
All One Good Cards come with dynamic QR codes by default to allow users with the flexibility to update and modify their digital name cards over time.
What happens to the QR code and card after making changes?
The QR Code and One Good Card supports real-time cloud editing and will be automatically synced to the latest information. Unlike paper business cards, a digital name card does not require replacement with every change.

How do I order my own One Good Card?

- From the selected product page, customise the card and get a live preview.
- When the design is satisfactory, click Add to Cart and complete the checkout.
The digital name card setup instructions and unique activation code will be included with your One Good Card upon receiving it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, the estimated turnaround time for production and delivery are as follows:
- Singapore — Local Delivery: 7–10 working days
- Worldwide — International Tracked: 10–20 working days

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
There is no minimum order quantity required for every purchase.

How does the pricing work?
One Good Card is a one-time payment that comes with a personalised NFC name card (or ring) and lifetime usage of the digital name card. The prices start differently depending on your preferred hardware (Card/Mini/Ring). Check out the shop for the full product range and prices.
We also offer optional bulk discounts and add-ons for companies/teams looking to tap into the administrative management features.
Is this a one-time payment?
One Good Card is a one-time payment that comes with the individual NFC smart name card (or ring) and digital name card. This one-time payment is also inclusive of the lifetime digital profile hosting, maintenance and updates.
There are no additional subscription fees to edit and manage your One Good Card.
What are the accepted payment methods?
For direct purchases through our website, we accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Other acceptable payment options include: Apple Pay, Google Pay, GrabPay, PayNow QR, AtomePay and ShopPay.
For corporate purchases, we also accept Bank Transfer, Cheque and Wire/Telegraphic Transfers.
