With One Good Card analytics, you can gain valuable insights into how people interact with your digital business card. These metrics help you understand engagement, optimise your profile, and improve your follow-ups.

Key Metrics You Can Track

Profile Metrics

These are metrics all related to your One Good Card digital profile performance. You will be able to select your different profiles (if you have more than 1) to view their performance.

Metric Description
Profile Visits Count Number of people who viewed your One Good Card profile
Contact Saved Count Number of people who saved your contact
Top Widgets by Click-Through-Rate (CTR) Best performing widgets, and the number of times they were clicked on
Profile Views by Hours Best performing hours, in terms of profile views

CRM Metrics

These are metrics all related to your CRM Pipeline performance. You will be able to select your different pipelines (if you have more than 1) to view their performance.

New Deals Number of new deals added to your pipeline
Closed Deals Number of deals moved to Closed (Won)
Total Revenue ($) Total deal revenue amount, based on deals moved to Closed (Won)
Average Deal Size ($) The average deal revenue for all your closed deals [Total revenue of closed deals / No. of closed deals]
Win Rate (%) Percentage of deals successfully won [No. of closed deals / No. of total deals]
Pipeline Overview Number of deals at each deal stage
New Deals Added Number of new deals added to your pipeline
Top Contact Source Best performing channel, in terms of where your deals are added from (e.g. Contact Form, OCR Scanner etc.)

How to Access Analytics

  1. Log in to your One Good Card account.
  2. Click Analytics from the bottom menu.
  3. Toggle between Profile and CRM analytics to view their respective statistics, including profile visits, link clicks, and deal amount.
  4. Use the time period selector to check activity by date.

You can see total visitors and interactions, and not individual identities.

Can I export analytics data?

Analytics are currently viewable in your dashboard, and exporting of analytics data is not currently available. You can manually record insights or take screenshots for offline use.
