Shipping policy
One Good Team Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is the operator of www.onegoodcard.com (the “Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and a smooth experience for both parties.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery destination. All shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase and represent the final shipping cost charged by us.
For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, import fees, clearance charges, or inspection-related costs may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient/customer. Please refer to the “Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges” section below for more information.
Order Processing and Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 to 10 business days after payment is received. Our production operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays. We take steps to minimise any delays during peak periods or public holidays.
Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at hello@onegood.team as soon as possible.
We are able to update delivery details only before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items immediately. The remaining item(s) will be dispatched once restocked, at no additional cost.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on courier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@onegood.team and we will assist in investigating the issue with the courier.
Customs, Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse any customs duties, taxes, inspection fees, clearance fees, or additional charges incurred during or after shipping.
If customs authorities require additional documentation, inspections, or payments before release of the shipment, the customer is responsible for complying with and bearing all associated costs.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to cooperate with customs clearance, any return shipping costs, penalties, or losses incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. In such cases, shipping fees are non-refundable and refunds for the order may be denied.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, please reject it where possible and notify us immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, take photographs and contact our customer service for further instructions.
Claims for Damaged or Lost Parcels
Damaged in Transit
If an item is confirmed damaged during transit, we will arrange for a replacement or refund after the courier completes its investigation and approves the claim.
Lost in Transit
If a shipment is officially declared lost by the courier, we will provide a replacement or refund accordingly.
