Live printing is an on-site service where we create fully-customised NFC business cards for your guests during your event. Each card is printed and programmed instantly, so attendees walk away with a personalised, ready-to-use networking tool on the spot.

Yes - we handle everything from start to finish. Our team will bring all printing equipment, supplies, and trained staff to manage the print booth and assist your guests, so you can focus on hosting your event stress-free.

A standard booth/table setup (about 2m x 1m) with access to power is usually enough. If you have a custom event layout, we can adapt our setup to fit into your space.

We typically arrive 1-2 hours before the event to ensure the booth is fully operational when doors open. This includes equipment setup, card testing, and preparing your chosen designs so we’re ready to print immediately.

On average, we can produce 200 to 350 customised NFC cards per hour, depending on the level of personalisation. For larger events, we can scale up with additional printers and staff to handle higher volumes smoothly.
