  1. Head to Cards: Head to the Business Cards page
  2. Edit Profile: Click the Pen Icon to edit your digital business card.
  3. Add Widget: Click + Add Widget and select the Contact Form Widget.
  4. Customise Fields: Toggle the fields you want to show (e.g., name, email, phone, company, message).
  5. Save: Click Save to publish your form.
