Connect HubSpot
Connecting HubSpot to One Good Card means every contact you capture through your digital business card, whether via tap, QR scan, or lead form, can be pushed straight into HubSpot without manual entry. This guide walks you through setting up the connection and pushing your first sync.
What Syncs Between One Good Card and HubSpot
Once connected, the HubSpot integration lets you push:
- Contacts
- Companies
Contacts and leads captured through One Good Card can be pushed to HubSpot whenever you choose to sync, keeping both platforms aligned without duplicate manual entry.
How to Connect HubSpot
- Log in to your One Good Card dashboard.
- Go to Integrations.
- Find HubSpot and click Connect.
- Log in to your HubSpot account when prompted.
- Authorise the connection using OAuth. You won't need to share your HubSpot password with One Good Card.
- Once authorised, you'll be brought back to One Good Card to continue setup.
How to Map Your Fields
- After connecting, you will be prompted to map your data fields.
- Match your One Good Card contact fields to the corresponding HubSpot properties.
- Map any custom fields you use, such as department, lead source, or deal stage.
- Review the mapping summary.
- Click Save.
Accurate field mapping ensures contact details land in the right HubSpot properties once you push your sync.
How to Push Your Sync to HubSpot
- Select Contact and Actions dropdown
- Select Sync to Integrations and Sync to HubSpot.
Sync is pushed on demand rather than running automatically, giving you control over exactly when and what data moves into HubSpot.
How Two-Way Sync Works
For supported records, updates made in either platform can be pushed to reflect in both. If you update a contact's job title in HubSpot, pushing a sync will update it in One Good Card, and vice versa. This keeps both systems accurate without duplicate manual updates.
✨ Pro Tips:
- Set up field mapping before your first push, so your contacts land in the correct HubSpot properties from the start.
- If you use custom contact properties in HubSpot, map them carefully to avoid deals landing in the wrong field.
- Review your field mapping after any major HubSpot property changes to keep future syncs accurate.
