Verify Email Addresses Directly from Your Contact Book
To verify an email from your CRM, open the contact, click Edit, then click Verify next to their email address. The result is saved directly to that contact's history, so you don't need to leave the page or check again later.

How to Verify an Email from a Contact Record
- Log in to your One Good Card dashboard.
- Go to Contact Manager.
- Click on the contact whose email you want to verify.
- Click Edit.
- Click Verify Email next to their email address.
- The result appears within a few seconds.
There's no need to export the contact, switch tools, or copy the email address elsewhere. The entire check happens on the contact record itself.
How Results Are Saved to Contact History
Once an email is verified, the result is saved directly to that contact's record. This includes:
- The verification status: Deliverable, Risky, Undeliverable, or Unknown
- The deliverability score
- The date the email was last verified
Why Verify from the Contact Record Instead of a CSV
Verifying directly from Contact Manager keeps your verification history attached to the contact permanently. This is especially useful for:
- New leads captured through your digital business card contact form
- Contacts added via OCR scanning
- Any contact you plan to follow up with directly from your CRM
If you're working with a large list that isn't yet saved as individual contacts, use Bulk Verify via CSV instead.
