Add Images (Image Gallery & Slideshow)

Adding images to your profile is a great way to visually represent your business, products, or personal brand. There are two ways to do it: the Image Gallery widget displays your images in a fixed grid, while the Slideshow widget rotates through them one or two at a time with optional captions. Choose whichever suits the content you want to show.

Which Image Widget Should You Use?

Steps to Add an Image Gallery

1. Log in: Open your One Good Card account and go to Business Cards.
2. Edit your profile: Click the Pen Icon to edit your digital business card.
3. Add the widget: Click + Add Widget. Under Embed Media, select Image Gallery.
4. Select your orientation: Choose between a vertical, horizontal, or mixed grid layout.
5. Upload your images: Click the + icon to upload your images. You can add up to 3 images, each under 3MB.
6. Arrange your images: Reorder the images so the ones you want noticed first appear first.
7. Save: Click Save to update your profile.

Steps to Add a Slideshow

1. Log in: Open your One Good Card account and go to Business Cards.
2. Edit your profile: Click the Pen Icon to edit your digital business card.
3. Add the widget: Click + Add Widget. Under Embed Media, select Slideshow.
4. Upload your images: Click Add image to upload each image you want to display, up to 6 in total.
5. Add captions: Enter an optional caption for each image, up to 200 characters. Leave the field blank for an image without text.
6. Order your slides: Use the up and down arrows on each slide to arrange them in the sequence you want. Use the trash icon to remove a slide.
7. Set your caption placement: Choose On image to overlay captions, or Below image to display them underneath.
8. Choose your display layout: Select 1 image to show a single image at a time, or 2 images to display them side by side.
9. Enable auto-scroll: Tick Auto-scroll slides to cycle through images automatically. Leave it unticked if you prefer visitors to swipe manually.
10. Save: Click Save to display the slideshow on your profile.

✨ Pro Tips

• Use Slideshow when your images need context, such as product names or project titles, since Image Gallery has no caption option.
• Keep captions short and specific. Captions overlaid on an image are harder to read at length.
  
• Compress large images to under 3MB to ensure smooth upload.
