Embed Google Calendar

💡 Quick Answer

Head to Cards, click the Pen Icon to edit, select + Add Widget, choose Google Calendar under Embedded Content, paste your Google Calendar's booking URL, and click Save.

Let contacts see your live availability without leaving your profile. Embedding your Google Calendar turns your One Good Card into a scheduling reference, so people can check when you're free before reaching out.

Steps to Embed Google Calendar

  1. Create a booking page: In Google Calendar, under Booking pages, click the + button. Give it a title, then set your appointment duration and general availability for each day.
  2. Set your scheduling window: Choose how far in advance people can book and how much notice you need before an appointment.
  3. Save and copy the booking link: Save your schedule, open it, and copy the public booking page link.
  4. Head to Cards: Log in to your One Good Card account and go to Business Cards.
  5. Edit your profile: Click the Pen Icon to edit your digital business card.
  6. Add the widget: Click + Add Widget. Under Embedded Content, select Google Calendar.
  7. Paste the link: Paste your booking page link into the widget.
  8. Save: Click Save to display the booking widget on your profile.

✨ Pro Tips

  • Create a separate appointment schedule for each meeting type, such as "30 Min Intro Call" versus "1 Hour Consultation," and embed the one most relevant to your profile.
  • Keep your general availability current, since the widget reflects your live Google Calendar availability.
  • Set a realistic scheduling window (how far ahead and how much notice) so you're not double booked or caught off guard.

Frequently asked questions

Will the embedded calendar update automatically?

Yes. The widget pulls your live availability from Calendly, so any changes you make there appear on your One Good Card immediately.

Does this share my whole Google Calendar?

No. The widget links to a specific bookable appointment schedule, not your full calendar. Only the availability windows you set are visible, and your existing events stay private.
