Export Email Verification Results
💡 Quick Answer
Once you've verified a batch of email addresses, you'll often need that data outside of One Good Card, whether for reporting, sharing with a colleague, or importing into another tool. The History tab keeps a record of every verification you've run, ready to export whenever you need it.
How to Export Verification Results
- Log in to your One Good Card dashboard.
- Go to Email Verification.
- Click the History tab.
- Select the email addresses you want to export using the checkboxes.
- Click the Actions dropdown.
- Select Export as CSV.
The file will download to your device, containing each selected email address, its verification status, deliverability score, and validation details.
What's Included in the Export
Each exported row includes:
- The email address
- Verification status: Deliverable, Risky, Undeliverable, or Unknown
- Deliverability score
- Validation details such as syntax, mail server, mailbox, and domain checks
- The date the email was verified
What You Can Do with the Export
Use the exported CSV to:
- Clean up your contact list by removing Undeliverable addresses
- Share verification results with your sales or marketing team
- Import clean, verified emails into another CRM or email marketing tool
- Keep an offline record of verification activity for reporting
✨ Pro Tips:
- Export regularly if you're running verification often. It's easier to track deliverability trends over time with periodic exports rather than one large export at the end.
- Filter your History tab before exporting so you only pull the results relevant to your current list or campaign.
- Share exported results with your marketing team before a bulk email send to keep your sender reputation clean.
