Go to Contacts in your dashboard. Add manually, scan physical cards with OCR, or add from your Contact Form submissions. 

Keep your networking organised with One Good Card’s Contact Book. Add new contacts in multiple ways and remove old ones when needed.

How to Add a Contact

Option 1: Add a Contact Manually

  1. Log in to your One Good Card account.
  2. Go to Contacts from the bottom menu.
  3. Click the Add Contact button.
  4. Enter all contact details (name, email, phone number, etc.).
  5. Click Add Contact to save.

Option 2: Use the OCR Scanner

  1. Click the OCR Scanner button on your dashboard.
  2. Take a photo of a physical name card.
  3. Let the scanner detect the info.
  4. Check and edit the information if necessary.
  5. Click Add Contact to save it to your contact book.

Option 3: Use the Contact Form Widget

  1. Add the Contact Form widget to your digital profile.
  2. Recipients can key in their details in the contact form.
  3. You'll receive a notification in your dashboard.
  4. Open the notification and click Add to Contact Book to save it.

How to Delete a Contact

  1. Select the contacts by ticking the box next to the contact name.
  2. Click the Actions button below the search bar.
  3. Choose Delete Contacts from the dropdown.
  4. Confirm deletion by clicking Delete in the popup.

  • Use OCR for if you receive tons of paper name cards, saves time keying manually after events.
  • Regularly clean up old contacts to keep your list relevant.
  • Encourage recipients to use the Contact Form widget for faster submissions.
