Enrich Contacts Directly from Your Contact Book

You do not need to leave your contact book to fill in a missing job title or social profile. Open any contact, run Enrich Contact, and review the suggestions field by field before deciding which ones to keep.

Steps to Enrich a Contact from Your Contact Book

1. Open Contacts: In your dashboard, go to Contacts and select the contact you want to enrich. 
2. Click Enrich Contact: Click 'Edit' pen icon, then select Enrich Contact at the top right of the contact panel.
3. Wait for the results: The Enrich Contact Details window shows progress while it searches. When it finishes, it reports how many enriched results were found for review.
4. Review each suggestion: Every result is listed as its own field, such as Job title or Social profiles, with the value that was found. 
   • Has existing value means the contact already has something in that field. Applying the suggestion replaces it.
   • Same value means the suggestion matches your existing information, so there is nothing to change. These cannot be selected.
5. Select what to apply: Tick the fields you want to use, or use Select all. Existing information is only replaced for the fields you select.
6. Apply your selection: Click Apply selected. The chosen details are filled into the contact panel.
7. Save the contact: Click Save Edits at the bottom of the contact panel. Applied details are not stored until you save.

✨ Pro Tips

• Pair enrichment with the Verify Email button in the same panel, so you know the address on a newly enriched record is deliverable.
• Use Run again after a contact changes roles rather than editing manually, since it picks up their current title and public profiles.
