Connecting Mailchimp to One Good Card lets you push contacts straight into your Mailchimp audience, keeping your mailing list up to date without manual entry. This guide walks you through setting up the connection and pushing your first sync.

What Syncs Between One Good Card and Mailchimp

Once connected, the Mailchimp integration lets you push:

Contacts captured through One Good Card can be pushed to Mailchimp whenever you choose to sync, keeping your audience list current.

How to Connect Mailchimp

1. Log in to your One Good Card dashboard.
2. Go to Integrations.
3. Find Mailchimp and click Connect.
4. Log in to your Mailchimp account when prompted.
5. Authorise the connection using OAuth. You won't need to share your Mailchimp password with One Good Card.
6. Once authorised, you'll be brought back to One Good Card to continue setup.

How to Map Your Fields

1. After connecting, you will be redirected Field Mapping.
2. Match your One Good Card contact fields to the corresponding Mailchimp audience fields.
3. Map any custom fields you use, such as company or job title.
4. Select the target Mailchimp audience list.
5. Click Save.

How to Push Contacts to Mailchimp

1. Select the contacts you want to sync from contact book.
2. Click the Actions button, and Integrations and select Mailchimp.
3. Review the sync summary once complete.

Sync is pushed on demand rather than running automatically, giving you control over exactly which contacts are added to your audience list.

• Segment your contacts before pushing. If you only want a specific group on Mailchimp, such as leads from a recent event, filter and select them before syncing rather than pushing your entire contact list.
• Check for duplicate subscribers in your Mailchimp audience after your first push, especially if some contacts were manually added to Mailchimp before you connected the integration.
