Follow this simple step-by-step guide to bulk generate event badges in seconds.
Step 1: Select a Template

Step 2: Enter Attendee Details
Fill in attendee information such as name, company, role, and event name. Your changes appear directly in the live badge preview.
Step 3: Customise the Badge Design
Customise the background and text colours, and add a background image or logo to match your event branding.
Step 4: Add a Digital Business Card Link
Enter a digital business card link and the badge maker will generate a QR code linked to that profile. Don't have one yet? Create a free digital business card here.
Step 5: Upload in Bulk with CSV
Click CSV Bulk Upload, download the template, fill in attendee details, then upload it to generate multiple badges at once.

You can create badges individually or in bulk. CSV upload supports up to 100 badges per batch.

Yes. QR codes are optional. Create badges using attendee details only, or toggle the QR code on or off whenever needed.
