How to Activate Your One Good Card Products

  1. Tap or scan the product: Hold the product near the top of an iPhone or the back of an Android phone with NFC turned on, or scan the QR code on the product with your phone camera.

  2. Open the link: Open the link that appears on your phone.

  3. Start setup: A "Set up your One Good Card" prompt appears with the product's serial number. Tap Set up your One Good Card.

  4. Create or log in to your account: Sign up if this is your first product. If you already have a One Good Card account, log in instead, and the new product is added to it.

  5. Check the profile it opens: Tap the product again to confirm it opens the right digital business card. To point it at a different profile, see Manage Products.

  • Activate a new product on your own phone before handing it to anyone, so the first person who taps it sees your profile rather than the setup prompt.
  • Adding a second card, a mini or a ring? Log in with your existing account at the prompt, so every product stays under one account.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find the serial number?

Your serial number is printed on the packaging sleeve that came with your One Good Card, mini, or Ring. It's an 8–10 character code starting with OGC-.

My profile shows "Profile not Found" after tapping the card

This usually means your card hasn’t been activated yet. Please repeat the activation steps above. If it still doesn’t work, contact us for help.

I entered my serial number, but it says it's invalid. What do I do?

Double-check that you've entered the correct letters and numbers. If it still doesn’t work, contact us for help.

Can I activate more than one product on the same account?

Yes! You can activate and manage multiple One Good Card products under one account.
