How to Activate Your One Good Card Products

  1. Log in: Open your One Good Card account.
  2. On the homepage, select Cards, then Manage Products and Activate Product.
  3. Select Product: Choose the type of product you’re activating (Card, Mini, or Ring).
  4. Enter Serial Number: Type the serial number printed on the product or packaging (e.g. OGT123A).
  5. Choose Profile: Select which digital profile you want to tag the product to.
  6. Activate: Click Activate; your product is now linked to your profile.

  • Double-check your serial number — letters and numbers can be confusing (e.g., "O" vs "0").
  • You can manage multiple products under the same account for easy team networking.

Where do I find the serial number?

Your serial number is printed on the packaging sleeve that came with your One Good Card, mini, or Ring. It's an 8–10 character code starting with OGC-.

My profile shows "Profile not Found" after tapping the card

This usually means your card hasn’t been activated yet. Please repeat the activation steps above. If it still doesn’t work, contact us for help.

I entered my serial number, but it says it's invalid. What do I do?

Double-check that you've entered the correct letters and numbers. If it still doesn’t work, contact us for help.

Can I activate more than one product on the same account?
