Smart Contact Enrichment

Enrichment takes a name and a company website and returns the details you might not have, including professional contact details, company information, and LinkedIn profiles.

You can run it three ways. Enrich a single record from the Smart Enrichment page under Sales Tools, upload a CSV to enrich up to 100 records at once, or enrich a contact directly from their record in your Contact Manager.

Email Verification

Email Verification checks whether an address is real and able to receive mail before you send to it, so bounces do not damage your sender reputation.

Every address runs through syntax, domain and MX, and live mailbox checks, and is flagged for catch-all domains, disposable addresses, role-based inboxes, and common typos. Results come back as Deliverable, Risky, Undeliverable, or Unknown, with a deliverability score from 0 to 100.

Embeddable content

Your digital business card can carry a lot more than links. Here is everything new you can embed on your digital name card today.

Social Media Embedding

Rather than a row of icons that sends people away from your card, these embeds bring the content itself onto your profile. Visitors can scroll a feed, watch a reel, or play a track without leaving.

Instagram embeds a public profile, a single post, or a reel. A profile embed gives visitors a live window into your latest work, so it updates itself as you post. Choose a single post or reel instead when you want to lead with one specific piece.

TikTok embeds a public profile or an individual post, with the video playing directly on your card rather than opening the app.

LinkedIn embeds one individual public post. Good for a launch announcement, a company milestone, or an article you have written. Note that it embeds a post, not your profile.

Facebook embeds a public page, post, or video. A page embed suits businesses that keep their updates and opening hours on Facebook.

Pinterest embeds a public profile, a board, or a single Pin. Boards work well for portfolios, product ranges, and mood boards, since the whole grid appears at once.

Spotify embeds music, a playlist, or a podcast, playable straight from your profile. Useful for podcasters, musicians, and anyone whose work is audio.

Calendar Booking Widgets

Allow contacts to book time with you directly from your digital name card. Embedding your calendar link turns your One Good Card into a scheduling tool, cutting out the back-and-forth of finding a meeting time.

Slideshow Image Gallery

Slideshow is new this month. It rotates through up to 6 images, one or two at a time, with an optional caption that sits on the image or below it. Slideshow is best for showing a few images together at a glance, portfolios, product ranges, or anything needing labels

Add team members via integrations (For Teams)

Connect the employee directory or HR platform you already use, and create accounts and digital business cards straight from your existing records. Names, job titles, departments, and work email addresses come across automatically. You no longer need to type out your team or prepare a CSV to get everyone onto One Good Card.

Integrate platforms directly to One Good Card

Four platforms are supported:

Go to Business Cards, click + Add Member, and choose Add via Integrations. Select the people you want, assign card serials if you have them on hand, and their profiles are created in one pass.

The connection stays in place afterwards. When someone is promoted or updates their contact details on the source platform, the change is listed under the Review Updates tab for you to review and apply. Nothing changes on your digital name card until you approve it.
