Social Media Executive

About the role

We're looking for a creative and fun Social Media Executive to join our team and help us build a strong community on social media platforms. As part of the marketing team at One Good Card, you'll have the opportunity to create engaging content and be a part of a dynamic and innovative team.

What you can look forward to

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and support business growth.
• Create engaging visual content, including graphics, videos, GIFs and social media assets across digital channels.
• Write and edit compelling content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages and other marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends, customer insights and new opportunities.
• Plan and support events, product launches, partnerships and promotional campaigns that drive engagement.
• Work closely with product, sales and customer success teams to deliver a consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media or content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative design tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, with a keen interest in social media trends, content strategy and emerging technologies.
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas during brainstorming, planning and campaign discussions.
• A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field is preferred.

One Good Team is a Singapore-based technology company building digital business cards, NFC products and business tools that help people connect, organise relationships and grow opportunities. We serve individuals, companies and event teams in Singapore and worldwide.
