Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and improve the products behind One Good Card. You'll work across our customer-facing platform, internal tools and core products, collaborating closely with product, design and commercial teams to ship reliable features that make professional networking simpler.

What you can look forward to

• Design, build and maintain web application features across the front end and back end.
• Turn product requirements and design concepts into accessible, responsive user experiences.
• Develop APIs, integrations and data workflows that connect our platform with business tools.
• Improve application performance, reliability, security and maintainability.
• Write clear, tested code and participate in reviews, debugging and technical planning.
• Work closely with product and customer-facing teams to understand real user problems.
• Help shape engineering standards, architecture and development processes as the platform grows.

What you'll need

• Professional experience building and shipping modern web applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS and a modern front-end framework.
• Experience with server-side development, APIs, databases and version control.
• An understanding of software security, testing, performance and maintainable architecture.
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and collaborate across disciplines.
• A practical problem-solving mindset and ownership from idea through production.
