One Good Card in 2025: A Year in Review

And with that, the 2025 season comes to an end.

2025 was a year marked by significant evolution for One Good Card. It wasn't about launching features for the sake of it, but rather about stepping back and asking a bigger question:

How do people really network today, and how can we make that easier?

Throughout the year, we have evolved from a digital business card into a comprehensive networking platform. Here's a lookback at what we built in 2025!

CRM, Contact Management & Pipeline

CRM contact grouping

One of the most important shifts in 2025 was the introduction and expansion into CRM, contact management and deal pipelines.

We saw a clear pattern: people knew how to share their contact information, but they were struggling to remember who they met, why they met them and when to follow up.

So we built tools that allow users to:

  • Organise networking contacts in one place
  • Track and manage the pipeline
  • Group them by context
  • Record notes and information useful
  • All directly on their mobile phones on-the-go

Networking rarely happens at a desk, so managing contacts should not require one either. Throughout 2025, we have refined pipelines to work seamlessly on mobile, allowing users to organise contacts, track conversations and manage opportunities wherever they are.

The goal wasn't to turn One Good Card into an overly complex CRM, but it was to add just enough structure to make networking feel intentional instead of chaotic and full of admin-work.

Multiple Profiles: One Person, Many Gigs

multiple digital business card profiles

This has been a highly requested feature from you all, and we are happy to announce that it's live! As more people juggle multiple roles, full-time jobs, freelancing or a side project, a single business card no longer fits every situation. We wanted multi-profiles to allow our users to present the right version of themselves in any given right moment.

This feature has quickly become one of the most-used additions on the platform

Richer Analytics Making Networking Measurable

digital business card analytics

In 2025, networking became more transparent. We introduced richer analytics, giving our users clearer insight into how their digital business card performs in the real world. This included:

  • Profile views over time
  • Widget and link click-through-rates (CTR)
  • When profiles are viewed more often

The aim was not to overwhelm users with data, but to give them visibility to make smarter decisions without guessing.

Live Printing Events: From Design to Print in 10 Seconds

In 2025, we saw a rise in physical events. We launched our live printing service to help bridge the gap between physical presence and digital networking, making events interactive and memorable.

Through live printing events, digital business cards became something people can see, touch and experience in real time, whether at corporate events, exhibitions or brand activations.

One Good Ring 2: Stronger. Sleeker.

One Good Ring 2

With hardware continuing to play an important role in our entire networking experience, we have finally released One Good Ring 2

Our second iteration refined what people already loved:

  • Reinforced with tungsten steel for enhanced durability
  • Improved comfort and durability
  • Released in a wider size range for inclusivity

For many users, the One Good Ring easily became the most interesting way to share their digital business card, while keeping conversations flowing naturally.

Revamped UI and Website Improvements

revamped One Good Card UI

In 2025, a significant amount of work went into refining the foundations of One Good Card, improving the interface, performance and overall experience, including:

  • Cleaner and more intuitive UI
  • Faster page load speeds
  • Smoother interactions across devices

These changes may be subtle, but they shape the overall One Good Card experience. Our platform now feels lighter, faster, and easier to use, especially on mobile on-the-go, where most networking happens.

Looking ahead 2026: What's Next for One Good Card

2025 has been quite a ride for us here at One Good Team.

Every new feature and improvement, from pipeline to profiles to performance, was guided by how our users use One Good Card in meetings, events and follow-ups.

As the year comes to a close, we will not be slowing down. You can expect new powerful features for both individuals and businesses to use in today's modern digital networking world in 2026.

So here's to closing this chapter of an amazing year of releases, and welcoming smoother conversations and smarter networking. Modern solutions that just make sense.

Cheers! 🥂
