How to Use the Company Book to Create Organisations and Organise Contacts Efficiently
Networking isn't just about individuals — it’s also about the companies they represent. With the Company Book in One Good Card, you can group your contacts by the organisations they belong to, making it easier to view and manage client relationships by company.

How to Create a New Organisation in One Good Card?
- Log in to your One Good Card account.
- Go to Contacts and click on Companies from the menu.
- Click the + Add Company button
- Fill in the Company Information
- Once you're done, click Add Company to save it to your Company Book.

How to Add Contacts to an Organisation?
You have two easy ways to associate contacts with a company:
Option 1: From the Company Book
- Search or scroll to find the organisation you want to add contacts to.
- Go to the Contacts tab within the selected organisation
- Click + Link Contact
- Select the people you want to link and Save!

Option 2: From the Contact Page
- Go to Contacts from the bottom menu
- Select the individual contact you want to link to an organisation.
- Go to the Companies tab in the individual contact.
- Click the Add Company button to assign them to a company.
- Select the organisation and click Save!

Grouping your contacts by company helps when you need to view team structures, track corporate deals, or prep for meetings with multiple stakeholders from the same business.
