What is a Deal?
A deal represents a business opportunity — a potential client, collaboration, or sale you're working toward.
Each deal is placed in a sales pipeline stage, allowing you to track its progress from start to win (or loss). Think of it as your visual to-do list for revenue.
How to Create and Use a Deal?
- Log in to your One Good Card account and click Deals to access your CRM.
- Click on + Create Deal

Fill in the Deal Information like:
- Deal name
- Deal amount
- Deal Priority
- Notes or descriptions
- And most importantly — Deal Stage (e.g. New Lead, Negotiation, Won)
- Associate the Deal with a contact (Optional but Helpful!)
- Click Create Deal and you're done! Your deal will now appear in your CRM pipeline.

No problem. Just click on the deal to edit, update stages, or add notes anytime as things progress.
