How to Create Custom Groups in Your Contact Book

Ever go to multiple events in a week and later forget who you met where? Yeah, it happens. That’s exactly why Custom Groups exist — to help you stay organised, remember your connections, and make your networking smarter.

With One Good Card, you can create groups (with colour tags!) for different categories — like clients, vendors, events, industries, or even “Met at Tech Conference 2025.”

Why Use Custom Groups?

  • Keep your contacts organised by event, company, industry, or occasion
  • Easily find and reconnect with the right people later

How to Create Custom Groups:

  1. Log in to your One Good Card account, click on Contacts, then select Groups from the menu.

  2. Hit the + Add Group button to create a new group.

  3. You’ll be asked to:
    - Name your group (e.g. “Startup Weekend Singapore”“Q1 Clients”)
    - Choose a colour to help visually identify the group
    - Add contacts you want to include in this group

  4. Once everything’s set up, hit Save Group — and your new group will be created!

Done & Organised

Now you’ll never lose track of who you met at that business mixer or which client you spoke to during your last pitch session.

You can add or remove contacts from any group at any time. Just click into the group, update your list, and save the changes.
