How to Add and Delete Contacts

Welcome to Your Contact Book (aka “Contacts”)

Inside your One Good Card dashboard, you'll find a handy feature called Contacts — your very own digital contact book. Whether you’re networking at events or collecting business cards at meetings, this tool helps you keep everything organised in one place.

This guide will walk you through how to add new contacts (in three different ways) and how to delete contacts when needed.

How to Add a Contact

Option 1: Add a Contact Manually

  1. Log in to your One Good Card account.

  2. Go to Contacts from the bottom menu.

  3. Click the Add Contact button.

  4. Enter all the contact details (name, email, phone number, etc.).

  5. Once everything is filled in, click Add Contact to save.

Option 2: Use the OCR Scanner (for physical name cards)

  1. Click the OCR Scanner button on your dashboard.
  2. Take a photo of a physical name card.
  3. Let the scanner detect the info.
  4. Click Add Contact to save it to your contact book.

Option 3: Use the Contact Form Widget

  1. Input the contact form widget into your digital profile.
  2. Allow recipients to key in their details in the contact form.
  3. You'll receive a notification in your dashboard.
  4. Open the notification and click Add to Contact Book to save it to your contact book.

How to Delete a Contact

Need to tidy up your list or remove old connections? Here’s how:

  1. Select the contacts by ticking the box next to the contact name

  2. Right below the search bar, click the Actions button.

  3. From the dropdown, choose Delete Contacts.

  4. A confirmation popup will appear — click Delete to permanently remove the contact from your list.
