How to Update Deal Stage?
Whether you've moved from initial contact to follow-up, or you're ready to close the deal — here’s how to update your deal stage in just a few clicks.
Updating a Deal Stage in Kanban View
- Log in to your One Good Card account
- Click on Deals and view your deals in Kanban View.
- Scroll to find the deal you’re working on.

Press and Hold on the deal you want to update
- Drag & Drop the deal to the next stage(s) until satisfied, and you're done!
Updating a Deal Stage in List View
- Log in to your One Good Card account
- Click on Deals and view your deals in List View.
- Scroll or use the search bar to find the specific deal you’re working on.
- Select the deal and click on Actions > Update Deal Stage
- A prompt will appear for you to select the new stage to which you want to move the deal.
- Once you select the new stage, hit Save to confirm the update.
