Tracking & Updating a Lead
- Log in to your One Good Card account
- Click Deals from the Bottom Menu
- Search for the lead you want to track or update.
- Click on the Deal to view more details.
- Click on Edit to update your deal.
This is where you can:- Change the deal stage
- Edit deal value, deal activity etc.
- Click Save to update, the lead’s new status will reflect instantly in your pipeline.
