How to Track and Update Leads to Improve Your Sales Process?

Tracking & Updating a Lead

  1. Log in to your One Good Card account 

  2. Click Deals from the Bottom Menu

  3. Search for the lead you want to track or update.

  4. Click on the Deal to view more details.

  5. Click on Edit to update your deal. 
    This is where you can:
    • Change the deal stage
    • Edit deal value, deal activity etc. 
  6. Click Save to update, the lead’s new status will reflect instantly in your pipeline.

💡 Pro Tip: Use the “Notes” section to jot down quick updates like “Left a voicemail” or “Waiting for proposal approval” — so you always know what’s next.
