Transferring Serial to Another Team Member

Need to transfer a serial number to another team member? No worries, we’ve got you covered. 

Whether someone is switching roles, leaving the team, or you just need to reassign a digital business card, here’s how you can get it done quickly.

1. Head over to One Good Card for Teams and log in to your account.
   
   
2. Click on "Teams" from the sidebar.
   
   
3. Look for the team member currently assigned to the card and click on the three dots icon (⋮) next to their profile.
   
   
4. Select "Manage OGC" from the dropdown menu and click on "Transfer" 
   
   
5. Choose the team member you want to transfer the card to.
   
   
6. Click "Transfer Serial", and you’re all set!

💡 Once you transfer the serial number, the previous team member loses access to the digital business card.
