How to Share your Profile Effectively
One Good Card allows you to share your profile as many times as you want, mainly in 3 ways:
1. Tapping someone's phone
2. Sharing your profile through a QR code
3. Sharing through a link.
1. Tapping on someone's phone
Different cards and phones require different ways of tapping.
Here’s how to make sure that the phone you are tapping on will be able to detect the NFC in your card so that you can share your profile successfully.
Android users have to be sure that their NFC detectors on their phones are turned on in their settings. To detect the card, be sure to tap your One Good Card at the battery pack.
iPhone users need not turn on their NFC detectors on their phone as it is automatically turned on. Be sure to tap your One Good Card on the top of the iPhone screen so that it can be detected.
If you are using a metal card, please make sure that you tap the back of the card on either the battery pack of an android or tap the top of the iPhone so that you can share your profile.
Saving your contacts directly into your phone book
💡 Your contact information can be seamlessly added to someone's phone book through One Good Card
To save a contact directly into someone’s contact book, scroll to the bottom of the profile and selectsave contact. This would trigger a pre-filled contact card. Click save and your profile is now a someone’s contact.
2. Share your profile via your built in QR code
One Good Card allows you to share your profile via a QR code
- Head to your profile
- Go to the top right hand corner and select the QR Code
- Scan the QR code to share your profile
💡 You can also download the QR code from your profile and put it on your virtual background in video calls so that anyone can scan it
3. Sharing via your Profile Link
You can also share your profile via a link
- Head to your profile
- Select Share or click on Link to copy the URL to share your profile
💡 You can place this URL in all your other websites such that it links to your OGC profile. That way, anyone can view your profile and save your contact as well.
