How to Reset Your Email or Password
Need to reset your login password or update your email address? This quick guide shows you how to do both securely.
Reset/Change Password
Option 1: Resetting Your Password (If You Forgot It)
If you can't log in and need to reset your password:
- Go to the One Good Card login page.
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

Option 2: Change Your Password (If You’re Logged In)
If you're already logged into your account and want to change your password:
- Tap the Settings icon in the bottom menu.
- Under Manage Account, select Reset Password.
- Enter your current and new passwords.
- Click Reset My Password.

Change Your Email
If you're already logged into your account and want to update your email address:
- Tap the Settings icon in the bottom menu.
- Under Manage Account, select Reset Email.
- Enter your new email address.
- Click Reset Email.

Can I change my email address after signing up?
Yes! If you’re logged in, go to Settings > Manage Account > Reset Email, enter your new email, and confirm it.
Can I use the same email on multiple One Good Card accounts?
No — each email address can only be linked to one account. Make sure you're using the correct one for your profile.
I didn’t receive the reset email. What should I do?
