How to Add, Remove and Delete Members

Managing your team on One Good Card for Teams is simple. Whether you're onboarding new members or removing old ones, the process is quick and hassle-free.


Here’s your step-by-step guide to adding and deleting members efficiently.

How to Add Members:

  1. Log in to One Good Card for Teams Dashboard

  2. Under the Members Profile section, click on the button "+ Add Members"

  3. Choose How You Want to Add Members
    • You can add members individually or in bulk

Adding Members INDIVIDUALLY

  1. Fill in the required fields: Name and Email Address

  2. You can choose to restrict profile editing for this member. Don’t worry—you can change it later!

  3. Click "Add Member" to complete the process.

*If the member doesn’t have a physical card yet, you can leave the serial number field empty.

Add Members in BULK

  1. Download our CSV template.

  2. Fill in the members’ details according to the file format*.

  3. Upload the file back to the dashboard.

  4. Click "Upload", and all members will be added at once!

* Ensure the file is saved in CSV format.

How to Remove Member:

  1. Locate the member you want to remove in the Members Profile section.

  2. Next to their name, click on the three dots icon (⋮) to open the options menu.

  3. Click on "Remove from Team"

How to Delete Member:

  1. Locate the member you want to remove in the Members Profile section.

  2. Next to their name, click on the three dots icon (⋮) to open the options menu.

  3. Click on "Delete Account"

Difference Between Remove and Delete Members

Selecting "Remove from Team" will remove the member from the team dashboard, but they will still be able to log in and access their individual profile using their email. This is a good option if the user is leaving the team but still needs access to their own account. 

If you need to completely remove the member's account, choose "Delete Account". Once deleted, the member will no longer have access to the platform, and their assigned serial number will also be removed from their profile.
