Activating and Deactivating Digital Name Cards

Managing digital business cards for your team has never been easier with One Good Card for Teams. Whether you're assigning a new card to a team member or reassigning an existing one, follow these simple instructions to keep your team's digital networking tools up to date.

1. Go to One Good Card for Teams and log in to your account.
   
   
2. On the sidebar, click on "Teams"
   
   
3. On the right side of the page, locate the "Activate Serial" section.
   1. Find the serial number included in your card's packaging.
4. Enter the serial number into the provided field.
   
   
5. Link the card to a specific team member.
   
   
6. Click "Activate" to finalise the process.

The new card is now linked to your team member and ready for use.

1. Log in and click on "Teams" from the sidebar.
   
   
2. Locate the card you want to deactivate from the member's profile.
   
   
3. Click on the three dots icon (⋮) on the user.
   
   
4. Select "Manage OGC"
   
   
5. Click "Deactivate"

• Confirm the deactivation when prompted.

Note: Once you deactivate the card, you will not be able to add back the serial number to your team. Contact our support team for assistance if needed.

If you'd like to transfer the card to another team member instead of deactivating it:

1. Select "Transfer" instead of "Deactivate".
2. Choose the team member you'd like to transfer the card to.
3. Click "Transfer Serial" to complete the process.
