How to Upload a Lead Generation Form to One Good Card
Want to collect leads, inquiries, or booking requests directly from your digital business card? You can easily do this by adding a Contact Form widget to your One Good Card.
This is perfect for capturing:
- Client inquiries
- Collaboration requests
- Sales leads
- Event sign-ups
- Log in to your One Good Card Account
- Click the Pen Icon to edit your digital business card
- Click the + Add Widget
- Select the Contact Form Widget from the widget catalogue
- Customise the form fields
- You may adjust what fields you want to show (e.g name, email, phone, company, message)

- Once done, click save!

What happens when someone submits the form?
- You’ll receive a notification with the submitted details in your One Good Card dashboard and email.
- You can add the leads in to your contact book directly from the notification.
