How to Upload a Lead Generation Form to One Good Card

Want to collect leads, inquiries, or booking requests directly from your digital business card? You can easily do this by adding a Contact Form widget to your One Good Card.


This is perfect for capturing:

  1. Log in to your One Good Card Account

  2. Click the Pen Icon to edit your digital business card

  3. Click the + Add Widget

  4. Select the Contact Form Widget from the widget catalogue

  5. Customise the form fields 
    1. You may adjust what fields you want to show (e.g name, email, phone, company, message) 

  6. Once done, click save

What happens when someone submits the form?

  1. You’ll receive a notification with the submitted details in your One Good Card dashboard and email.
  2. You can add the leads in to your contact book directly from the notification.
