Follow these steps to set up a lead generation form on your One Good Card profile:
- Log In : Start by logging in to your One Good Card account.
- Edit Profile: Select 'Edit Profile' to begin customizing your digital business card.

Add the Contact Form Widget:
- Go to the Widget section.
- Select the 'Contact Form' Widget.
Customizing Your Contact Form
The contact form comes pre-populated with the following fields:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Message
You can turn off any of these fields if you prefer not to collect that information.
Additionally, you can:
- Add a Title and Description : Explain why viewers should fill out the form and what they'll receive in return. This can increase the likelihood of form submissions.
- Customise the submission message : Leads will receive a confirmation message, you can include more information on their enquiry here.
