In this guide, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to create and set up your email signature in no time.

Setting Up Your Email Signature

A step by step guide on generating email signature with One Good Card

1. Log in to your One Good Card account here.


2. Navigate to the Email Signature section under settings.


3. Customize Your Email Signature


You have two options:

  • Use the details already saved in your One Good Card profile.
  • Customize your signature by filling in fields like your name, designation, company name, and office address.

4. Click the button to generate your email signature. It will be downloaded as a PNG file, ready for you to use.

5. Add the Signature to Your Email Settings

  • Open your email settings.
  • Navigate to the Email Signature section.
  • Select “Add Email Signature” and upload the PNG file you just downloaded.
