Reset your One Good Card email and password
Forgot your password or need to update your email address? No worries—resetting your credentials with One Good Card is quick and straightforward. Follow this guide to regain access to your account or update your details.
Reset Your Password
1. Go to the Login Page > Click Forgot Password? under the login fields.
2. Enter the email linked to your account and hit Submit.
3. Check Your Inbox > Open the reset email, click the link, and create a new password.
Update Your Email Address
1. Log in to your One Good Card account with your current email and password.
2. Go to Settings > the Account Tab > select Reset Email, and enter your new email.
Change Password in Settings
1. Log in to your One Good Card account with your current email and password
2. Head to Settings > Account > Select 'Password Reset'
3. Enter your current password, type a new one, and save.
